Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in original packaging, and we will gladly refund your purchase price (minus shipping fee) if you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased. Customers are responsible for freight. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition unless the item is Damage On Arrival (DOA). Please contact us via email to help@epyaya.com or phone at 626-570-8088 prior to returning merchandise.
Defective Returns:
If the item you are willing to return is inoperable, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in original packaging for warranty repair or replacement. Please also contact us via above-mentioned email or phone No. before taking any action.

Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. RETURNS MADE AFTER 30 DAYS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Refunds: If your purchase was made with a credit card and payment had been claimed, a refund check will be issued and sent under separate cover. Purchases made by Paypal, checks, or money orders will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover. After receiving the returned merchandise, you may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund check.
Exchanges: epyaya.com accepts exchange when merchandise is defective or damaged during shipping process.
Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST usually ship the following business day. Orders generally take 1 to 24 hours to ship. Time in transit varies by the shipping method chosen and the location of the shipping address. Generally turn around time is 1 to 6 days depending on the shipping method. We will notify you of any out-of-stock items or any long delays in shipping.
Free U.S. domestic shipping charge on each single order over USD $100. (Dealer and Representative orders are excluded.)
International Orders
epyaya.com accepts orders shipping to most international destinations. For orders shipping outside of the United States, the international customers must complete the same shopping cart checkout processes including shipping, payment, and confirmation steps. epyaya.com will mark T.B.D. (To Be Determined) in shipping process initially, and e-mail the final shipping cost in order's updated e-mails. Payment will be claimed until a confirmation e-mail of shipping cost is replied by international customers. All international orders will be cancelled if the confirmations of shipping cost are not received in 15 days.
All funds must be in US dollars. Please allow 5 days to handle international packages. Some cases of international orders may be different than the others, it may take longer for special handling before shipping.
Institutional Orders
epyaya.com accepts most institutional purchase orders (military, government, and schools). You can either email or place your orders online.
Payment Terms
Our terms are payment with order. Currently, We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Make checks or money orders payable to epyaya.com. Allow 1 week for personal checks to clear.
